The Problem
Many believers today are winning in one area of life but failing in the rest. Most of the time the area of life in which they are winning, is not the one they would deem most important. That is a problem. We call this "A Misaligned Life".
The Bible teaches that there is a Spiritual war being waged around us. As a Christian, you are on the front lines. No successful General or military leader goes into a battle with the plan, "Figure it out as we go." Yet, many of us live our lives this way, and it shows.
Of all the leaders we speak with, a small percentage have a plan. And of these who have a plan, most struggle with consistently implementing or working the plan on an individual or team level. The overwhelming majority of leaders had a plan, but either failed miserably, didn't know who to adjust to unforeseen issues, or feel so far behind, they have given up on it altogether.
Christ says, "My burden is easy, my yoke is light." How can this be the promise, yet many of his followers are stressed out, feeling overwhelmed, unclear how to be successful, or feel like they are way behind where they should be? Our hypothesis is that we are not aligned with what matters most.
What does this lead to? To name a few, stress, anger, burnout, divorce, loss of relationships, addiction, or worse, leaving the faith. Sound like anyone you know?

With that clarity in mind, we help leaders identify and implement the necessary steps to achieve success at the highest levels in three key areas: spiritual life, personal life, and professional life.
This custom approach takes into consideration your convictions, goals, and the impact you believe God is asking you to make on the people with whom he has you crossing paths.
